At All My Nails Salon + Foot Care Advanced, our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and employees. With the corona-virus (COVID-19) in the news, we want to share with you our protocol to minimize the spread of viruses or bacteria. All My Nails Salon employee’s and clients are asked to follow the temporary guidelines listed below in order to receive service and to help minimize the risk of exposing to COVID-19:

At All My Nails Salon, our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and employees. With the corona-virus (COVID-19) in the news, we want to share with you our protocol to minimize the spread of viruses or bacteria. All My Nails Salon staffs and existing/future are asked to  follow the temporary guidelines set out by our Regional Public Health,  MOH and our list below to minimize the risk of exposing to COVID-19:

How to book your Appointment as a Current Client 

HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AS A CURRENT CLIENT

  • There will be no walk-ins or appointments at our service desk. Clients are asked to book online ore phoneto pre-book. Please refer Covid Self Check before booking.
  • To serve you better, at this moment, we ask our clients to make your appointment online via our website.  Your First appointment will be confirmed by an email, your appointment will be confirmed on our booking system.  Our online form will conduct an  self-assessment with you before confirming your appointment.

How to Book an appointment if you are not a current client 

 HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT CLIENT

 

  • There will be no walk-ins or appointments at our service desk. All new guest are required to book using the online feature. Please complete the online booking with your full first and last name.  We will contact you in a timely manor to guidle you with our Pre-Booking Policy. Please refer Pre-Booking Policy on our website.
  • Your First appointment will be confirmed by an email,  your appointment will confirmed on our booking system after we conduct self-assessment with you.  Please do not book with our salon if you have had your nails or pedicure done at a different salon in the past 14  days.  We kindly ask you to wait two week before visiting our salon.

After your first appointment is confirmed

AFTER YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED

  • All My Nails Salons staff can help you to rebook your NEXT appointment and give you an access to our online booking system. No appointments are allowed at the salon, please do not come in to book an appointment.
  • There will be no guests are allowed in the salon waiting for the client getting a service. ONLY clients with appointment are allowed inside the salon for services.
  • All My Nails Salon will conduct daily temperature checks to our staff to ensure they are not showing any symptoms. In addition, when clients are entering to the salon, we will also check your temperature by using Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer. We kindly ask you to conduct a temperature check at home before coming in for your appointment.
  • Please put all personal items in your purse, this includes your cell phone please.  We want you to avoid any contact with person items while we work with your nails.
  • Employees and customers will be required wear mandatory face masks for the full-service period. If you do not have one, we will provide you a face mask with an additional cost of $3.00
  • Please kindly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before service and after or use hand sanitizer.
  • We ask you to keep your belonging such as cellphone, keychains, wallet, etc in your bags, if possible. No cellphone, keychains, or wallet should be placed on the table.
  • No physical contacts are allowed such as hugging or shaking hands.
  • Suspending all beverages and food amenities in All My Nails Salon.
  • Protective barriers are in place to protect both Customers and Employee for manicurists or stylists who work in close contact with clients in the case of accidental sneezing or cough.
  • If you are experiencing one or more symptoms of The Region of Waterloo Public Health Covid-19 self test. Do not book or come to work.

All personal information including; your names, home phone number, business phone number, cell phone number, e-mail address and address: will be kept confidential by the staff. Your personal information will not be shared with other people outside All My Nails Salon ,software and staff and will be kept in our salon software computer system which will be kept password protected at all times. The staff will also use the information to confirm, move and cancel any pending appointments. Your information may also be used to inform you of any upcoming events and promotions.

  • All e-mail addresses will also be used for direct one on one correspondence from the main salon work computer and software. Your e-mail will be used for mass mail-outs to inform you of events and promotions from time to time. When your address is used in a mass mail-out we will use BBC to keep everyone anonymous. Opt out feature is in place both online and in salon.

  • Health history will be kept confidential and on file. Your health history can only be accessed and viewed by a staff member who is performing a service in which your health may be a factor. The information will be used to accurately perform the service. When the staff member is finished the service they will protect your file into our system.

  • We may ask for your credit card information to use as a deposit for booking large appointments. The information will only be kept on record for a temporary basis. Your credit card will only be charged if the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours or if no one shows for the appointment. Only then will your credit card be accessed by the management of All My Nails Salon.

  • Should you want any information removed from our system we must be contacted via, e-mail or with written notice. When you contact us please specify what you would like removed. Please make sure you date your request.
