Flip-Flops are non-supportive and cause a common problem called Plantar Fasciitis, The inflammation on the bottom of your foot and heel. If not treated this can cause heel spurs.
People who Pronate can cause more stress to the inside of the knee, which can lead to other problems and knee replacement if not corrected early.
Flat Feet and Flip Flop are a NO NO. This can cause major stress to the lower extremities, create lower back problems as well as stress on hips, knees and ankles.
